Translating to/from any of 111 languages by Google Cloud Traslation API. Detecting source languages if not set.

1-st way - by chat command, example: !translate -from=en -to=de Text. -from= could be empty for autodetection.

2-nd way - by command /translate start Transltating everything in the channel for 14 minutes maximum.

3-rd way - by chat message context menu. Message will be translated to your locale language.
