This bot has lots of useful features to make supporting users in your server with any questions or help that they need much easier.

Customisable command prefix.
Customisable format which is shown to all users when a ticket is created.
Ticket transcripts DMed to users and a ticket-log channel when a ticket is closed. The transcripts are links accessed on a website. The transcript link can also be requested via a command in a ticket.
Ability to blacklist specific users from creating tickets, and see what users are blacklisted, which staff member blacklisted them and why.
Ability to disable and enable ticket creation for the entire server - e.g. to stop tickets being created during a maintenance break.
Ability to close all active tickets with one command.
Ability to archive tickets.
Ability to add and remove people from a ticket.
Ability to reset ticket numbering.
Automatic event management to send ticket transcripts even if a channel is manually deleted.
